This project will require multiple trades and types of work; for example: demolition, saw-cutting, hazardous materials handling, grading, excavation, shoring, dewatering, fill, concrete, rebar, waterproofing, painting, industrial coatings, structural steel, bolting, welding, mechanical, electrical, pipeline, plumbing, fire protection, crane equipment, handrails, guardrails, gratings and railings, doors and windows, fencing, paving, and other required work and trades.  Prevailing wages are required on this contract.

The project is also subject to have all subcontractors listed in the bid with a DIR Number.
 
Subcontracts awarded on this project will be required to provide payment and performance bonds from a surety at the subcontractor’s expense.
